Job description
Job Duties: Break down complex business problems and solving them with analytical rigor. Lead analysis on business performance through data driven analysis to derive insights that will drive business decisions and recommendations. Collaborate with business partners in sales, product, engineering, and marketing to improve data-driven decision making and drive go-to-market efforts. Write Advanced SQL queries to extract actionable insights from data to power business decisions. Analyze and define key metrics that maps to business initiatives. Present insights to an external audience. Test and Measure Impact from key growth initiatives across sales, product and marketing. Drive efficient processes (e.g., quota setting, revenue forecasting, KPI reporting) to further streamline business operations. Experience with analyzing data using Excel, SQL, R, Python, Looker, and Tableau. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Reddit office in New York, NY.
Requirements: Master’s degree, or its foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is: $159,100.00 - $185,600.00 USD
