At Pinterest, AI isn't just a feature, it's a powerful partner that augments our creativity and amplifies our impact, and we’re looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of that. To get a complete picture of your experience and abilities, we’ll explore your foundational skills and how you collaborate with AI.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help shape and grow Pinterest’s global business teams. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, partner closely with hiring leaders and cross-functional teams and create thoughtful, candidate-first experiences from first conversation to close. You’ll bring market insight, strong judgment, creativity and care to every search — helping build teams that do great work and love doing it here.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across critical functions in our Global Business Organization (GBO) such as product marketing, sales strategy & operations, performance solutions, measurement, content, data analysis, project management, and more
- Occasionally support recruiting across other teams as needed including Marketing, Sales, or other Business functions
- Establish aligned search strategies with hiring managers, including intake, candidate profile calibration, process design and closing plans
- Build and drive sourcing strategies through proactive outreach, pipeline development and targeted search
- Deliver talent market insights, including market mapping, peer talent analysis and pipeline trends, to help teams make fair, thoughtful, and informed hiring decisions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, compensation, finance, and legal to move searches forward, align on decisions and support offer development
- Maintain strong pipeline health and recruiting operations through accurate data, clear forecasting and timely updates
- Lead offer and close strategy, including compensation alignment, candidate motivation alignment, negotiation and engagement through acceptance
- Use AI to accelerate research, sourcing strategy development, outreach drafting and workflow efficiency, while applying judgment and verification to ensure quality and accuracy
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strength in passive candidate engagement, pipeline building and delivering inclusive, candidate-first experiences
- Skill in search strategy, talent market mapping and using data to guide decisions and communicate tradeoffs
- Proven ability to work with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, navigate ambiguity and move decisions forward
- Experience recruiting for business and sales support functions, including operations, project/program management, measurement, performance solutions, data/analytics, content, and corporate teams; able to ramp quickly in new functional areas. Exposure to technical hiring is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day recruiting work
- Strong track record of reviewing and validating AI-assisted work, while protecting sensitive information and remaining accountable for final decisions and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
